A WOMB SURROUND WORKSHOP WITH EILEEN SENDREY

What happens to us when we're young is foundational to our mental emotional, physical, health and how we form relationships. An important part of healing as an adult is to receive support for challenge/disruptions in early experience. We can't change the past, but we can change how we relate to that past and how we manifest in the present. In this work we do this by gently touching into the challenge/disruption/wound, with support, skill and resource, to re-wire your brain and nervous system, thus experiencing the support and love needed. I am facilitating a 3 person 3 day workshop to do this profoundly transformative work together.

The method is based in applied attachment theory, current research of understanding the brain and nervous system, mindfulness, principles of biodynamic craniosacral therapy, prenatal and birth psychology, and somatic trauma resolution.

Thursday: Begins 5:00 pm with ending time around 9:00 pm.
Friday and Saturday: Begins 9:00 am with ending time undetermined.
Sunday: begins 9:00 am until about 3:00 to 5:00 pm
