Womb Surround Workshops

Is there a pattern in your life that you want to change?

Have you been working on this pattern for a long time without making lasting changes, despite getting support from qualified practitioners?

Do you feel there is some support you need with embodying your consciousness more fully?

These are the questions I ask my clients to determine whether they are working with an early, preverbal imprint, originating from anywhere between conception and the first few years of life. Repatterning these imprints requires specific ways of working with the body and the relational / attachment systems, so a new, embodied way of being in relationship to your self, others and all of creation can be found. The most effective way I have found to heal early imprints are Womb Surround Workshops.

Developed by Dr. Ray Castellino, Womb Surrounds are held in a small group format of 4-6 participants. In this setting you will be able to experience the social nervous system of the group field in a safe, collaborative way - something many of us never got to feel in our families of origin.

You will have the opportunity to reconnect with deeper layers of your consciousness and get support for embodying them more fully in your present day self. Our early imprints, whether they are preverbal, ancestral, or collective are what can get in the way of bringing our transcendent self into this human experience. The integration of these two - embodied human self and consciousness - is what to me this work is ultimately about. I would be honored to support you in this.

Born to a German father and Hungarian mother, Sarah grew up in the Alps in Germany and Austria. She studied art, movement and dance in Munich. After moving to California in 2001, she began to pursue studies of healing through the body: she became a Pilates and Yogilates instructor, pursued a B.F.A. in Painting and Performance Art and attended the Tamalpa Institute (movement based expressive arts therapy) as well as holistic massage school. During this period she also obtained her Certificate as a Sexological Bodyworker from the Institute for Advanced Studies of Human Sexuality in San Francisco and studied varied approaches to intimacy coaching.

She found the focus of her work in her studies of Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing™ and Ray Castellino's Prenatal and Birth Therapy. Deepening her commitment to healing through the body, she obtained an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with a Specialization in Somatic and Pre/Perinatal Psychology.

Sarah has been studying in-depth with Ray Castellino since 2010 and sees his teachings as the true foundation of her work. She feels honored to be offering his findings and principles to her clients. To deepen her understanding of the roots of Ray's work in Dr. Randolph Stone's teachings, Sarah is currently studying Polarity Therapy with Dr. Jim Feil. Sarah lectures and teaches on the intersection of PPN Psychology and adult intimate relationships. Read more…
