Birthing Yourself Process Workshop facilitated by Susan Hall
USING principles of safety and a form designed to create safety in small groups, Susan will gently support 4 participants in this nurturing 3 day “womb surround” to do deep healing work and to support each other throughout the workshop. Each participant has an approximately 1.5 to 2 .5 hour session facilitated by Susan to explore and release difficult physical and emotional patterns from prenatal, birth or early origin.
EACH SESSION involves intention setting as a guide for the healing and re-patterning of early trauma and attachment imprints. Participants can then bring this healing to their current relationships and life. Not all sessions involve prenatal/birth/attachment themes. All sessions are unique and participants also do healing work originating from other periods of their life. The sessions draw on the work of Ray Castellino and Myrna Martin, attachment research, pre and peri natal psychology, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, and somatic trauma resolution.
